Well I sold my TT DCR kit and installed the 37r not too long ago. My best time with the twins was an 11.30@126. Finally made it to the track with the 37R. I dont have the fuel system for it (i only have a 500hp fuel system) and tuned it to run pig rich, just to be on the safe side. On wastegate pressure alone (around 7psi) I ran consistent 12.2's. Looking to get the fuel installed, along with the DCR stroker by the end of the year. If the 12.2's are any indication of the potential of the new setup, i should be seeing low 10s soon enough!! heres a video from the install:

The 2.8 is actually stronger than the 2.6... The 2.6 has a weak spot, more like a thin spot that can cause cyl. wall distortions after awhile. The 2.8 mid sleeves fixes that. But if time is a issue, I say go 2.6 you will get it faster. I worked at the shop I know.

We really need more options other than multi layer stock head gaskets!!! Any way now with the 2.8 its like "I can bore and sleeve it now what"... Darrell built Brent's 2.8L Eclipse, he needs to talk to who ever makes that one. It's a over size 4G64 2.4L gasket. Now show me some A853 love.
