Came stock with the 420a 2.0 DOHC motor with the reverse flow head from the Neon application. Rated at 140 bhp/130 lbs./ft.

NV-T350 and axles are stock and will likely be the next to go heh.

The 2.4 setup with the GT3076R & 750cc injectors should be good for some decent WHP although I need to dyno it still. The motor has barely reached 2000 miles. Currently @16psi.

Fuel Management is handled via Megasquirt I v2.2 while spark is still on the factory PCM.

Megasquirt ftw! Same turbo and injectors I took a stock block srt 11.1, Nice.

Do you still have get the car ODBII inspected? How do you like the Megasquirt as a piggy back?

OBDII - inspection: not technically. It is licensed out of AZ but I have it registered to a relative's address outside of the emission radius. Otherwise as it is a 1999 model it is subjected to an OBDII test :/

I have been using MS since 2006 as a piggy back and love it. With the stock motor I achieved close to 39 mpg on road trips by manipulating the fuel trims.

In the near future I will be running a new harness and transferring ignition control over to the MS, eliminating the OEM ECU completely.

Very cool, What would happen if you connected it with the MS as a piggy back? It would not pass, correct? I've only been around MS in stand alone mode. But love it as a operating system

Correct. The stock ECU would not see any fuel injectors present and throw the appropriate P0xxx codes unfortunately - automatically failing the OBDII test.

In theory I suppose one could connect appropriate resistors in place of the injectors for the ECU's sake and fool it into thinking there are injectors.

I am pretty far from ever returning to OBDII compliance however: there is no idle control, emission control, etc.

Who need that chit anyway!!! Lol
